better late than never...

I did my initial test on Monday and my first workout yesterday...
turns out I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to starting.

initial push-ups: 6
initial sit-ups: 58
hips: 38 waist: 27.5 chest: 34.5 arm: 10

I already don't want to do the sit-ups, cause it tends to hurt my neck more than it targets my abs and I get bored with them. I'm thinking of doing leg-lifts instead. Unless someone has any tips on how not to get bored with sit-ups?

  1. Megan, i know it's supposed to be regular sit-ups but you could try using a ball! I love doing sit-ups on a ball. My neck tends to hurt too when I just do regular ones! Just a suggestion!!!
