Initial Test and Measurements

Ok so I just did my initial tests and my measurements. A little disappointing but hey... that's why we're doing this right!?! So here's my info:

Pushups: 5 *which is 4 more than I thought I could do!
Sit Ups: 38
Measurements: ch-34, w-29, hp-36, arm-10

This puts me in the lowest category for both which is totally fine! How did everyone else fair on their initial tests?

Here we go! I'm so excited!!

    Here's my initial tests and measurement stuff

    Push ups: 21
    Sit ups: 67
    Measurements: ch-35, w-30, hp-37, arm-12.5

    There it is! I'll be starting the program on week 3 because of my initial test scores, I'm so excited to get going! I'll be doing the program with my roommate so we'll be each others coach!

  2. of course kayla can do 21 pushups already...show off!!! but awesome anyways!! oh, and i talked ryan into doing the challenge with us. i'm excited!!

  3. So im not in the competition but i had to try and see if i could beat kayla. It was a bit harder then i thought it would be, but i did it. 22!! some people might argue with me saying i have the tactical advantage with the incline of my body being not as drastic as some others. To those people that might think that, all i have to say is, "sux to be you"-

  6. K, so we did the initial test, but our numbers are a bit skewed cuz Ry is a freak of nature. There’s no way someone that skinny should be that strong! Also, I’ve been doing the program now for about a week. So, I had a bit of a head start on the pushups. So we just did the test and measured our biceps

    Ry: 50 pushups 13' arms
    Cali: 23 pushups 50 sit ups 15' arms

    We'll leave it with those numbers cuz Cali's still a bit self conscious!! Anyways, best of luck to everyone!!!!
