Here We Go!

Ok, so I created this blog so we could all encourage each other and motivate each other in this challenge! I'll invite everyone I know of that's participating to be able to post and if I'm missing anyone, please email me at stefanie.ellingson [at] gmail [dot] com.

For those of you just joining us, we are doing the 100 Push Up Challenge and the 200 Sit-Up challenge starting Monday March 9th. I know a couple other people are also doing the 30 day shred and/or the couch to 5k programs. Feel free to update and post about those as well! Also feel free to post any nutritious recipes or healthy eating guides as well. Here are the sites to get started:

SO everyone be sure to do your initial tests and measurements (if you're choosing to do measurements, it is not a must) and then feel free to post away! Any suggestions of things people would like to see or hear about? Let me know!

  1. So excited! I'm not going to post my measurements, but I'll probably still refer to them (like, lost an inch or whatever). I'm excited to see how this works out for me!
